Store them in the freezer at -18°C. They remain fresh for up to 12 months.

Let them sit at room temperature for 8–10 minutes before enjoying them — that’s when the texture and flavor are at their best.

Yes — for the best experience, quickly run them under warm water, wait 8–10 minutes, then cut them in half. Serve on a chilled platter with crushed ice for a wow factor. We currently deliver throughout Italy. However, together with you we will check the possibility of shipping to the requested destination. Just contact us on WhatsApp or by phone for more information.

Deliveries take place within 24–48 hours of shipment (note: the count starts from when the package is entrusted to the courier, not from when the order is placed). You will receive a code to track your package.
As our products are frozen and perishable, it is important that someone is present to receive the delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for missed deliveries or packages left unattended.

No, due to the perishable nature of the product we cannot accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues, please let us know and we will resolve it.

We ship using high-density polystyrene boxes and dry ice, designed to keep Fruttini frozen for 48–72 hours. Packaging is reusable, HACCP-compliant, and thoroughly tested.

Handle with care — never touch directly. Let evaporate in a well-ventilated area, away from children and animals. Leaves no residue or moisture.

Shipments are temperature controlled and follow strict food safety protocols. Dry ice provides sterile, moisture-free isolation. We will provide you with a tracking number and notify you when your package is shipped.
