How to Consume Panettone Gelato

Remove the panettone from the freezer and let it defrost in the fridge at a temperature of 4°C for about 30 minutes, checking the condition every 30 minutes. Divide the frozen panettone into slices.

Do not heat in the microwave. Given the characteristics of heating the product at its core, you risk melting the ice cream, without obtaining the total reconstitution of the Panettone.
