Founder of Antica Gelateria Matteo, Matteo Napoli crafted over 120 wild gelato flavours — from salmon and parmesan to olive oil (long before TikTok made it cool). In 1962, he had a clever idea: hollow fruit and fill it with gelato made from its own pulp, making sure the shell never went to waste. That idea became Fruttini Gelato®.
